I was told about Apache Air and Heat. Stephen arrived the same day. He did a thorough examination and it turns out that the capacitor wasn’t the problem at all! A speedy response time and clearly understood explanation on what actually had caused its failure and then fixing it happened within an hour and I’m no longer melting. They asked for a quick tour of all the HVAC components and proceeded to check their operation. They identified the fan motor issue and suggested a resolution. After the repair, they tested the system and noted 2 other issues for us to monitor. Very professional and knowledgeable. We would recommend them and plan to use their maintenance plan.
