This was a first time service call from Apache. Our technician asked for a detailed explanation of the HVAC issue. They asked for a quick tour of all the HVAC components and proceeded to check their operation. They identified the fan motor issue and suggested a resolution. After the repair, they tested the system and noted 2 other issues for us to monitor. Very professional and knowledgeable. We would recommend them and plan to use their maintenance plan.

G FritzI screwed up a smart thermostat installation (from now on, I leave it to the pros). I wasn’t going to use the ultra-expensive HVAC company that serves so many in the Blanco area (no names, I suppose). Several people recommended Apache. Jason came promptly, spent a lot of time diagnosing the mess I had made, and fixed it. Turns out no parts required. And no pressure for annual service contracts. He just did the repair. And the cost was perhaps (should I say it?) too low. Six stars. I’m going to have them back for all future HVAC work.
