The advance communications from Apache was perfect. The tech they sent was knowledgeable and put me in the loop on everything he was doing, up in the attic and out next to the house. The follow-up after the appointment was very thorough, with receipts for what was done, in-print info on the accessories and services the tech had offered. I can see why they have been voted the best AC/Heat company in Blanco County. Double thumbs up and 5 stars for Apache!
