They are awesome. I came home from work on Friday and my ac wasn’t working. It was 82 in my house. I called them at 7:30pm and they were there by 8:30pm. Travis was great. He explained everything and showed me everything that needed to be done. Very trustworthy person, which is hard to find these days. Especially being a single mother. Highly recommend this company for your heating and ac issues. Thank you so much Travis and everyone at Apache Air and heat.

The advance communications from Apache was perfect. The tech they sent was knowledgeable and put me in the loop on everything he was doing, up in the attic and out next to the house. The follow-up after the appointment was very thorough, with receipts for what was done, in-print info on the accessories and services the tech had offered. I can see why they have been voted the best AC/Heat company in Blanco County. Double thumbs up and 5 stars for Apache!

I screwed up a smart thermostat installation (from now on, I leave it to the pros). I wasn’t going to use the ultra-expensive HVAC company that serves so many in the Blanco area (no names, I suppose). Several people recommended Apache. Jason came promptly, spent a lot of time diagnosing the mess I had made, and fixed it. Turns out no parts required. And no pressure for annual service contracts. He just did the repair. And the cost was perhaps (should I say it?) too low. Six stars. I’m going to have them back for all future HVAC work.

I had a problem on late Sunday afternoon. The owner of the company Steven actually came out on his own time to help me out. He diagnosed the issues and we came up with a good plan together that was affordable. I highly recommend this service.

Apache was amazing! AC went out last night, and it’s slated to be one of the hottest weeks yet. I sent them a message Monday morning at 6 AM, they called me back before 8 AM and were at my house by early afternoon. Steven identified the issue within minutes of being here and had it fixed in 10 minutes. He looked at a couple other things with the duct work I was concerned with and offered his suggestions. Also let me know about yearly plans for service. Extremely happy with Steven and Apache service. Professional, prompt and affordable. Highly recommend!!!
