This was a first time service call from Apache. Our technician asked for a detailed explanation of the HVAC issue. They asked for a quick tour of all the HVAC components and proceeded to check their operation. They identified the fan motor issue and suggested a resolution. After the repair, they tested the system and noted 2 other issues for us to monitor. Very professional and knowledgeable. We would recommend them and plan to use their maintenance plan.

Good explanation of what is doing and what his observations are with the sytem. Apache AC has been our HVAC installer and service provider since we moved to the Hill Country in 2019.
