After speaking with the owner we have worked to resolve all my concerns. I have three units (indoor and outdoor at a house and a split unit at the barn) that Apache has installed and maintained for us. We appreciate their willingness to work with us, adjust to our schedules and hear our concerns. Thank you for the hard work in a horrible economic situation. Apache sent out Justin and Matt to discuss options with me and I decided to replace the whole system. They did a great job on the replacement and worked me into the schedule within just a few days.
